Deluxe

Our Deluxe apartment is a small jewel with a spacious external space where to enjoy the fresh air from the National Park.

Bedroom

The spacious bedroom offers a large and comfortable bed and is equipped with AC, Nespresso coffee machine, water boiler, minibar and a smart tv with international channels.

Living room

The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a fridge, an electrict oven, a toaster and a lavabo. AC is also provided in this room. This is an ideal space to host your children or just chill out reading a book.

Outdoor kitchenette

The Outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a healty meal while enjoying the external garden and its facilities.

Hot tub

The private Hot-tub can host a maximum of 4 guests per time and can be used all the year long. It offers a recovering bath after a day at the beach or trekking/walking in the National Park. Enjoy its massages in hot water to restore your energies and relax your mind.

Breakfast

Our breakfast is delivered at your door every morning from 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and comprises seasonal fruits, fresh yogurt and delicious croissants from a local bakery. There are also available salty or vegan options upon request

Welcome Aperitivo

A welcome aperitivo will be available at your arrival. It includes prosecco, white or red wine, beer and aperol to make a spritz. To properly accompany the drinks, we also offer fresh fruits, dry fruits, peanuts and nuts.

Main bedroom

The main bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a small balcony on the Circeo mount view. It offers a queen size bed, AC, a fan, a desk, a wardrobe and a small library.

Guest bedroom

This bright bedroom has everything you need for your stay. With a wardrobe, small library, a fan and AC, it is ideal for 2 persons. It has access to the outdoor space with hot-tub.

Dining area

Right next to the kitchen is the dining area, which is spacious and equipped with a nice long table for 6 guests.

Living room

The spacious living room allow our guests to relax after a long day, watching a movie and enjoying the warm atmosphere offered by the fireplace. A sofa bed is also available for extra guests.

Hot tub

The private Hot-tub can host a maximum of 2 guests per time and can be used all the year long. It offers a recovering bath after a day at the beach or trekking/walking in the National Park. Enjoy its massages in hot water to restore your energies and relax your mind.

Kitchen

A fully furnished and equipped kitchen is available for our guests. With an electric oven, coffee machine, toaster, blender and a boiler, it includes

everything you need to prepare a delicious meal.
